Policy

Shipping
- Ktown4u thoroughly goes through the packaging process for all customers before shipping the product.
- The shipping date is based on business days. It may be delayed depending on the stock and local delivery agency situation.
- When the multiple orders include delayed items, the products will be shipped after securing all the stocks for the ordered items.
- Shipping date may be changed depending on the order status..
- Customers will be responsible for any shipping fee for returning or exchanging products due to a simple change of mind or mistake.
- Differences in the standard may occur depending on the method of measurement.
- All products will be delivered through the Korean distribution center of Ktown4u.
- Some of the products may not be shipped to a certain country or location depending on the item.
- Certain countries may apply VAT regulation.
 
Domestic shipping lost/damage
- We are using Lotte Logis for domestic shipping. In case of loss or damage due to
Lotte LogisLogistics, you need to complain before the deadline below.
- Damage: within 14 days of the date on which the package has been shipped out.
- Lost: within 30 days of the date on which the package has been shipped out.
- Investigation cannot be received if the time limit for loss or damage has expired
 
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order by pressing the 'cancel' button from My Page.
- Your order can be canceled if the order status is 'ordered' or 'preparing for items,' but it cannot be canceled if your order is a purchase from an event or if the status is 'preparing for shipping.'
- The cancellation process will start within two business days, and the refund process may take 3~7 business days, depending on the payment method.
- Overseas Credit Card Refund Policy
a. Proceed with a refund by the rules of the card issuer
b. If the payment has already been made by credit card, the payment may be refunded next month.
c. If the refund amount has not been deposited after the cancellation approval, please contact the card company you used.
- PayPal Refund policy
If you pay with a credit or debit card, the refund will be refunded to the card you used, depending on the card issuer, the refund could take up to 30 days.
a. If you pay using your PayPal point, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
c. If you pay with both your card and PayPal balance, the amount paid by your card will be refunded to your card. The remaining amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
d. If the refund amount has not been deposited after the cancellation approval, please contact the card issuer you used or PayPal directly.
- Once the shipping process starts and the status indicates 'Pending' or 'Preparing for shipment', you cannot edit or cancel your orders.
- Please contact CS Center for any inquiries.
- Once the order is canceled after 24 hours of the incomplete transaction, the order cannot be automatically recovered even after payment.
 
Return/Exchange Guide
- If there is any guidance on return/exchange in the product description, it will be prioritized over the details below. (It may depend on the situation of company's situation.)
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Your orders may not be returned or exchanged under the conditions below.
* If the exchange/return period has passed
* If the packaging of product with possibility of reproduction has been damaged: ex) CD/LP, DVD/Blu-ray, Software, Comic Book, Magazine, Video/Photo Book
* If the products are destructed or damaged by the purchaser
- The return/exchange may not proceed if the product is shipped without the return/exchange application. Please contact CS
Center before sending back the product.
- Multiple orders cannot be combined after the order is processed.
- The options of the ordered products cannot be changed once the order is completed. Please cancel your order and start over.
- Refund /exchange will proceed once we receive the product. The product cannot be exchanged with other products.
 
Notice Regarding Missing/Damaged/Defective Items
- We recommend filming a video when unboxing the album. If any item is missing, damaged, defective, or faulty, having an unboxing video will allow us to assist you more quickly and accurately.

GOOD – We can smoothly process defective item claims
* The video begins with the album in its original (sealed) packaging.
* The video includes the process of confirming any defects (quantity, damage check, etc.).
* The video clearly confirms any damage or defect

BAD – It may be difficult to process a defective item claim
* The missing/damaged/defective item cannot be confirmed in the video.
* The video was recorded after the album was already unsealed.
* The video has been edited.

- Please note that the outer case of the product is designed to protect the items inside. Surface imperfections such as minor scratches, small dents, or scuffs may occur during manufacturing or shipping and are not eligible for exchange, regardless of unboxing video submission.
- For any omission/damage/defect of the product, please capture the unboxing video where it shows the purchased product, composition, quantity, and image and makes an inquiry on the CS Center at the bottom of the Ktown4u website.
- CD/LP, DVD/Blu-ray can only be checked as defective when playback is poor. Minor scratches on the CD itself are not defective.
 

Review
- The reviews you have written can be used for commercial purposes (marketing materials).
- Reviews can be written based on the order number, and if you purchase the same product multiple times in one order, you can register only once, and if the order number is different for the same product, you can write a review multiple times for the same product.
- You can write a review within 90 days of the delivery completion date on our website.
- If the detailed review is not known because it is written in more than 20 special characters, or initial consonants, the registration of reviews that are not related to or duplicated with the product may be restricted.
- If the product is difficult to recognize due to website capture or too dark or cloudy or only take pictures of parcel boxes or packaging without contents, the registration may be restricted
- In the case of video reviews, registration may be restricted for videos produced by re-taking or capturing electronic device screens that are not real products, and reviews of videos that are difficult to recognize because the screen is filmed upside down or tilted.
